• 1 tin of chick peas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 – 2 lemons
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Drain the chickpeas and keep some of their liquid behind.

Put the chickpeas in a blender, add 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of tahini, juice of half a lemon, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until smooth or until you reach the consistency you like.

If the mixture feels and looks too stiff – add a few tablespoons of the liquid you kept behind.

Add salt and pepper to taste and if you wish, add more lemon/olive oil. Refrigerate and enjoy!
