Greek yoghurt – 500gr
2- 3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Grate the cucumber in a bowl. In another bowl mix the yogurt, crushed garlic*.
Add the vinegar, olive oil, salt. Squeeze the grated cucumber with your hands to remove as much water as possible and add to the yogurt mixture. Mix everything together, adjust seasoning and store in the fridge.
- The flavour of the garlic will develop and become stronger so start with 2 cloves and then add more if you wish.
