Tomato Sauce with Aubergine & Sweet Pointed Red Peppers

This handmade sauce based on a family recipe is made in small batches. Garlic, sweet pointed red peppers and aubergines are gently sautéed and simmered with fresh tomatoes and a generous helping of virgin olive oil to create a truly sumptuous sauce. Delicious for vegetable lasagne, a classic moussaka or a slow beef or lamb casserole.

No artificial preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
