Tomato Sauce with Ouzo and Green Peppers

Tomatoes and ouzo are a combination made in heaven. We use Greek ouzo from the Greek island of Mytilini in our sauces to make the anise flavour really stand out. Beautiful sauce best served with prawns and seafood on pasta.

*Store in a dry, cool place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
